There doesn't seem to be an off-the-shoulder top that I don't love, BUT...this one is really special. I mean swoon worthy special. Between the eyelet, and puff sleeves, it kind of doesn't get any better. Oh wait, it does, because it's priced under $30.00. Happy Friday!
