With summer upon us comes the need to start planning our patriotic outfits, and this blue- and white- striped party skirt could not be more perfect! I paired it with my favorite red heels, my mom's vintage Louis Vuitton bag, and my coveted Ralph Lauren white bow blouse, which I found at an outlet in Vermont years ago. As an alternative, I could also see this skirt paired with a fitted off-the-shoulder top as well (as long as it's red or white!).
Now...who's ready for summer?! ME!
