GEORGIA ON MY MIND

Pink Tassel Earrings: Lisi Lerch
Lipstick (Candy Yum Yum)
Flamingo Dress (worn as a top): Chicwish c/o

My husband and I have started our own little tradition of heading to the South for Easter weekend.  Last year was Charleston, and this year we headed to Savannah.   I have always had an affinity for Georgia, even though I had never visited.  Many of my Instagram account crushes belong to those with "southern charm," so, upon arrival, I already felt right at home.  Savannah's food, history, shopping, and kindness all make it such a beautiful place to visit and, if you're lucky enough, to live!

Below is a list of some of my favorite parts of our 3 day visit:

Where we stayed: Kehoe House

Where we ate:
Laurie's Restaurant (If you loved Forrest Gump, then you should stop here for breakfast.  The grits and sweet tea were DELISH.)
Gryphon Tea Room (charming and perfect for high tea)
Circa 1875 (The steak tartar and french fries were insane.)
The Olde Pink House Restaurant (The fried chicken and fried green tomatoes were EVERYTHING!)

Where I shopped:
Emily McCarthy (Her new store is opening soon, and you will literally want everything.  You can also order from her fabulous website)
Civvies (If you love the hunt of vintage duds, then this is the place for you!)

  1. So glad you enjoyed SAV...I'm just 45 minutes from there and shop downtown all the time. Civvies is a gem, and I just was given an Emily McCarthy custom slate cheese tray as a wedding gift! Come back soon!
