Trust me when I tell you that you need this skirt. It is the perfect tulle, and the fact that it is navy allows you to wear it all year long; the styling options are endless. I would say that this look is my version of edgy...although I admit that my denim jacket does involve tweed, and I am wearing a party skirt :)
