I'm all about the off-the-shoulder trend this season, and this beautiful blue and white striped blouse just had to be added to my collection. I mean, it's gorgeous, it involves a bow, AND it's under $18.00! Wouldn't this be so cute for Memorial Day weekend?! Preppy + patriotic... Enough said!
