You all know that I love being introduced to new designers via Instagram, so imagine my excitement when I discovered the amazing Duffield Lane, a brand that prides itself on producing fashion that is "fun, classic, and comfortable," such as this adorable "Folly Skirt" in herringbone. Every gal should have an item of herringbone in their wardrobe, and this skirt would be that perfect item because it is timeless and sophisticated and is able to be dressed both up and down. I personally decided to style the skirt on more of the "up" side with a simple black turtleneck, tights, my new Gucci booties (I found them for half off!), and a white Victoria Beckham coat (via The Real Real)...oh, and a pom hat because it was FINALLY snowing! However, you could totally throw this skirt on with a pair of flats for a more casual, yet still fabulous, look.
